If you need a little more than a jumpstart or have some big challenges you would like to overcome, I offer individual coaching services in packages of 4 or 8 one-hour sessions. The primary focus of my one-on-one coaching is holistic health improvement, but I am happy to tailor my services based on your specific needs and goals. During the course of your program, we will explore your health on all levels, including physical, mental/emotional, social, and spiritual. Problem areas will be identified early on and targeted in subsequent sessions. Hands-on strategies for improving your health will be offered, culminating in a solid plan for boosting your overall sense of wellness. Close attention will be paid to your spiritual well-being, leaving you better equipped to find meaning and purpose in your life.
I am located on beautiful Bowen Island, British Columbia. Depending on your location, sessions may be done in-person or over the phone. I am happy to meet in West Vancouver, North Vancouver, at UBC, or in Downtown Vancouver; and of course on Bowen. I am also happy to provide coaching services over the phone or via Skype. Email support (including educational materials) between sessions is included. At completion of your program, you will receive a written summary and report via email. I am happy to offer a preliminary 15-minute consultation by phone free of charge.

When coaching clients, I adopt the humanistic principles of genuine acceptance, positive regard, and empathy. I approach all meetings and sessions with kindness and understanding for the way things have been, all the while encouraging new perspectives and insights in a nonjudgmental and safe environment.
